Both Traditional and Non-Milestones programs include our Anniversary Advisor service that notifies managers by email of upcoming anniversaries. This ensures that an anniversary is not overlooked, and provides a quick and easy way to send a personalized message, card, or gift card to the employee on their service anniversary. Hence ensuring that every employee in your company is recognized.
Birthday Advisor program
Rideau takes recognition one step further and strengthen the manager-employee bond by offering the Birthday Advisor program. With functions similar to those of the Anniversary Adviser, the Birthday Advisor program allows managers to focus on their daily demanding positions and still be able to easily maintain control over their employee's birthday celebrations. The process is fairly simple:
- Managers are notified via email of employees' upcoming birthdays
- Employees receive a Birthday e-card
- Paper Birthday cards are shipped monthly to the manager for presentation to the employee
