In charge of Aberdeen's Human Capital Management practice, Jones' recent research has covered employee performance management; the hiring, retention and management of the hourly workforce; ERP in the Small and Mid-Sized Business, Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO), and sales performance management. Future research will continue to look at issues of workforce hiring and management, including workforce optimization in vertical industries, beginning with retail; and employee retention and succession.
